With over 20 years’ experience of successfully leading technology and supply chain businesses, Agostinelli was formerly CEO of both Crossmatch and Digital Persona; as well as having a comprehensive background in c-level roles such as chief financial officer and chief operations officer.

Throughout his career, Agostinelli has developed excellent strategic vision that has boosted growth and profitability by focusing on customer-centricity, enhanced product offerings and new market entry, coupled with putting the right organisational structures and people in place.

From a small start-up in Silicon Valley to a prosperous global business, with an annual turnover of £76m, Stuart has led the business to become an innovation leader in the smart locker and field service industry.

His inclusive management style and championing can-do attitudes across the business, brought ideas into real solutions. Combining tech and services to improve efficiency, reduce distribution spend, minimise inventory and increase part visibility.

Stuart now works alongside the board of directors and guides the product board as non-Executive Chairman.

Supporting transformation to fund growth and improve operational excellence
Joining the ByBox team in May 2019, Kurt comes with a wealth of financial and analytical experience built across a multitude of global tech businesses, including Siemens and Esko. Prior to joining ByBox, Kurt has been CFO of private equity backed companies for the past 13 years across multiple sectors, having completed multiple M&A transactions.

With over 20 years of experience with technology and logistic companies, he is a key member of the ByBox leadership team supporting on strategy execution in growing both our service and tech offering, global presence, and sector reach.

We deliver excellent customer service and delivery performance through the application of our smart locker technology and field service solutions.
Dave joins ByBox with leadership experience in board level COO and CFO roles after 12 years in the global gaming technology sector. With 23 years of Business Development, Product Management and Operations experience within the IT and telecoms sectors in Europe and NA. He will be responsible as COO for continuous improvement and growth of UK services and operations while also focussing on high momentum development, delivery and deployment of ByBox smart locker products, technology and solution services into global markets.

Jacky, who is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Professional Development (CIPD), joined ByBox in 2019 as HR Director.

Jacky has 20 years’ experience in HR leadership. Prior to joining ByBox, Jacky spent six years at Ornua Foods – one of the leading suppliers of dairy products in the UK with a global turnover of over €2.5 billion. She also spent 10 years at Inspired Gaming Group – a games technology company with a global network of terminals. Further, she has undertaken several complex HR interim roles for large organisations across the UK.

Jacky’s focus is on cementing ByBox’s reputation as an employer of choice by further enhancing employee benefits, systems, training and development.

We're providing technical vision and the capability to continually revolutionise field service supply chain.
Mark has been part of the ByBox group since 2011 and is responsible for technology development. Previously, Mark has managed software development teams specialising in innovation within the logistics and supply chain sector. He has also worked as a software developer in the finance and banking sector; and began his engineering career by designing an innovative microprocessor architecture.

We always ensure significant resources are dedicated to the development of our new software and technology.
Pete joined ByBox in October 2014 to support the company’s growth plans by leveraging its technology and software in domestic and international markets. He has worked in UK and US for VC/PE backed companies, large corporates and tech start-ups. Pete has also delivered an IPO for a US tech company, 5 public market fundraising rounds, as well as M&A and private equity transactions in the tech sector.

We will continue to expand the horizons of ByBox, bring our new technology and services to transform our customers and help them extinguish unnecessary supply chain cost.
John joined ByBox in 2019 with over 20 years’ experience in software and services sales to the retail and distribution sectors. Prior to working at ByBox, John was Sales Director at K3 Business Technology Group, a global end-to-end technology company, where he was responsible for directing all go-to-market and customer management across the UK, Ireland and Benelux regions.

John joins ByBox to expand European sales operations and help more customers make the best use of ByBox’s technology.

We are committed to being consistently open and honest.
Claudine began her ByBox career in 2004, after the company acquired Hays DX, and is currently General Manager for Field Services. She is responsible for all customer relationships and focuses on providing customers a complete service solution so they can improve their efficiencies. Prior to joining ByBox, Claudine held the position of Communication Technician in the Royal Navy, specialising as an Arabic Linguist, before joining Hays DX as a PA to the Sales Director.
