ByBox, the market-leading international software and supply chain specialist, has officially opened its U.S. headquarters in Burlington, the technology hub of Massachusetts.

The company, headquartered in Oxford England, has expanded its presence into the United States after a period of sustained growth. As part of this growth, ByBox has also opened two new satellite offices in Atlanta and Denver. The offices will support ByBox’s continued expansion and global customers.

Sean Collins, the newly appointed Vice President of ByBox will lead the new Burlington office, focussing on providing North American customers with Konnect™, an innovative solution that simplifies the last mile of the field service supply chain. Konnect improves security and technician efficiency, while reducing transport costs.    

Collins has over two decades of experience in helping large enterprise organisations work through complex information technology transformations as well as significant experience in working with executive management on both the technology and business side to facilitate change.
