We make multiple deliveries to one location - in the middle of the night. Carriers try to deliver to people when they are not at home - this is of no use to the customer and is horrible for the environment; lots of vans on the road during the day causing congestion and generating carbon through the stop-start of diesel engines. The drivers are going to all of our homes individually, one at a time, rather than trying to drop-off lots of parcels in one single location

A ByBox solution allows deliveries to be made in the middle of the night to a bank of electronic boxes.
