Maintenance and Services
Since 2001, ByBox has been providing full maintenance and service options for its installed base of electronic lockers. The quality of management and maintenance (including telecommunications and IT systems/interfaces) has secured several prestigious new contracts, with some of Europe’s leading infrastructure companies (rail, air and postal services).
Our service proposition is simple
- Efficient and rapid reaction maintenance programs.
Over 13,000 doors are currently under maintenance. - Supply, delivery and installation of replacement components where required.
- Remote hosting of applications and programs required to effectively operate the electronic lockers in situ, and manage IT support services including:Incident management; identification, registration and progress monitoring; analysis and completion reporting; database support; service continuity management; automated performance reports.
LockerManager
Our network hosting system, LockerManager®, allows remote operation of sites, making it possible to:
- Supervise and operate any number of sites from a distance;
- Check and diagnose the status of each individual door and to issue fault reports.
- Permit Instantaneous cash deposit records; parameter configuration; rate set up; access rights authorization; and disaster recovery scenario management.
- Manage interfaces between 3rd parties.
In addition to our network hosting system ByBox also provides a full range of hosted software solutions allowing data exchange between many corporate ERP systems (SAP for example).
