Box Office™

This locker-based solution is an automated “mini- post office” accessible to any customer 24 hours a day, which provides core post office functions such as dynamic and static PO boxes, parcel origination, delivery and retrieval, returns through a dedicated sending door, integrated vending machine for “must-have” items, all these services being accessed by a friendly central kiosk which includes a user screen and a secure payment transaction system.

This solution is ideal for transactions which are based upon a set of fixed products, and for operations which are repetitive and for which the interaction is not necessarily value-added: the Box Office™ solution may help the postal operators to reduce their real estate and operating costs, by offering their customers postal services via an automated solution on their daily route or somewhere they pass frequently, or even in the Post Office area to reduce the queuing at peak periods.

ByBox Apps

ByBox Apps is a service designed to make life easier by allowing day to day errands to be managed at the ByBox locker. The customer visits the box, selects the required function; e.g. whether to drop off dry cleaning or collect a prescription. The box will then provide step by step instructions to the customer to complete the process, such as paying for the item or entering a collection code. The rest, we look after for you. The services offered are:

iStore™ - for secure short and long term storage. Depending on the storage time chosen, the items either remain in the locker or are returned to a secure, central storage depot until the customer requests to collect them

myByBox™ - for the secure forwarding and delivery of consumer purchases 

ByBox2Box™ - for sending an item from one registered customer to another 

Dryclean - for sending and returning dry cleaning and laundry to customers

myPharmacy™ - allows pharmaceutical companies to deliver medical items to registered users, who can then collect these against payment of the prescription fee

fixIT™ - for the repair of laptops and other electronic equipment 

Shoe Repair - for repair and re-heeling of shoes

PO Box - a professional PO Box solution for either dedicated or dynamic PO Boxes for consumers and business

Returns - for returning damaged or unwanted items to retailers

Vending - a straight forward option for getting various vending products to customers; purchases can be made online or from the ByBox locker itself.
