ByBox also works with numerous retailers on their Click & Collect services. We help them improve the experience of their own customers. Our Click & Collect lockers sit directly on customer sites. Customers are given an access code to collect their goods. This makes the pickup process as quick as possible, and keeps queues to a minimum – collections from a locker take just seven seconds, compared to the seven minutes of a standard Click & Collect solution.
