Listening properly is a habit. It's not about ticking boxes at
occasional account reviews. At ByBox, we have a constant curiosity
to try to understand our customers' supply chains in order to think
how we can help to make them better.
Like all good habits, they happen without thinking. The ByBox
Weekly Healthcheck is just one example of habitual listening: we
call every customer every week for a score out of 10 and for
feedback on our performance that week. The results are reviewed at
director-level every Sunday. We've been doing the healthcheck for
over three years. It stops problems festering and often provokes
small thoughts that turn into big ideas. Good for our customers,
good for ByBox.
