What is the price of a typical ByBox delivery?

The price varies depending on the size of door used, ranging from around £5 to £20 for a next day pre-8am delivery.

Is there a charge for returns?

There are several options here. We can bundle a delivery-and-return as a package, allowing consumers to return goods for free within a pre-set time window (one day; two days?). Or we can simply levy a fee per return.

How does the ByBox label get onto the package?

Depends on how far you want to integrate with Thinventory™ – the ByBox stock management system. If you already have automated order management software then we can integrate the label production at the point of pick, or we can provide you with a standalone workstation with our labelling software, or just the software for you to install. Or you can simply print the labels over the web. It really depends on the volume of transactions that you’ll be doing each day and how much you’d like us to help.

What happens if the customer doesn’t collect their parcel in time?

We agree a default number of days that the parcel will stay in the dropbox before it expires and is sent back to your warehouse. This setting can be overridden dynamically (over the web) if the customer wants to buy an extra day or so; alternatively, we can arrange a re-delivery back to the dropbox if that would help.
