ByBox is an adventure. A group of people with a zealous passion to revolutionise the way we send and receive parcels. An ordinary problem being solved by extraordinary people.

Like all proper adventures, ByBox must be challenging, rewarding, worthwhile and sustainable. This can only be achieved if the people behind the revolution truly believe it is a great place to be. On a practical level this has to be true. ByBox is the fastest growing technology company in the UK (as measured by Deloitte). If you are growing this quickly you must have low attrition, otherwise you could not keep up with the constant recruitment.

So what makes ByBox a great place? It can't be the plush offices - we don't believe in tinsel-economics. It can't be the company fitness centre - we don't have one of those either. In truth, the reasons are somewhat unconventional. It is because ByBox gives everybody the chance to prove to themselves how good they really could be. It helps them to find and unlock the unique energy that is in all of us but that so many other companies work so hard to stamp-out.

At ByBox, it doesn't matter a jot where you came from, how old you are, how you were educated or what you do in your spare time. All that matters is that you have the true desire to be part of something memorable.

Of course, it is also about being fair and rewarding people accordingly. People love being part of their own adventure, but we also like to be paid fairly to recognise the effort involved and the success that has been created. As Dizzy Gillespie said, "I'm fed-up with going down in history - I want to eat".
